HeyCollabs only charges a fixed initiation fee of $3. This fee is applied only if the order is accepted by the influencer, and it will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Brands have five (5) days to review the content submitted by creators. During this period, they can either approve it or request revisions (up to 3 times). If no action is taken within the 5-day window, the order will be automatically approved and considered complete.
It means the order submission is waiting for the content creator’s acceptance. The content creator has five (5) days to accept this order, or it will be automatically cancelled.
Once an order is completed, the payment undergoes a 5-day security period to allow for dispute resolution and processing. After this period, the funds will be added to your available balance, ready for withdrawal.
Currently, HeyCollabs only charges a $3 initiation fee. While this may change in the future, there are no planned adjustments at this time.
