HeyCollabs acts as your trustworthy middle-person. Once you’ve made a payment, it’s securely held until the influencer accepts the order request. Should any issue arise, we’re here to lend a helping hand.

We keep things moving! Influencers typically have a few days to accept your order. If you’re on a tight schedule, feel free to chat directly with the influencer or drop us a message, and we’ll do our best to speed things up.

If you have to send out a physical item to the influencer, make sure to settle it through chat and once an agreement has been made, you will have access to the influencer’s address where you ship the product to. You can always reach out to us if you have more questions.

No sweat! The ongoing payment will be canceled and reverted back to your bank account. There are also no fees or deductions on your end if this happens! It is possible for influencers to decline for different reasons. However, there are plenty more fish in the sea!
