When it comes to TikTok shop automation, choosing the right tool can make or break your TikTok Shop revenue. As TikTok Shop continues to explode in popularity, sellers are increasingly turning to automation solutions to manage their operations efficiently.
While HeyCollabs and TikTok Affiliate Bots both promise to streamline your TikTok Affiliate management, they offer distinctly different approaches to automation. HeyCollabs focuses on TikTok Affiliate management off the TikTok platform, and TikTok Affiliate Outreach Bots specializes in mass sending collaboration on TikTok.
For TikTok Shop Sellers looking to scale their TikTok Shop presence, understanding these key differences is crucial. Each platform brings its own set of benefits to the table.
Let’s dive deep into both platforms to help you determine which one fits you the most.
TikTok Affiliate Outreach Bots
TikTok Affiliate outreach bots, such as Reacher, Euka AI, TTinit will help you send messages and collaboration invitations to TikTok affiliates for you. If you are an established TikTok Shop brand you can send unlimited messages to potential TikTok Affiliates through these outreach bots.

Outreach Limit set by TikTok
Regardless of which TikTok Affiliate outreach bot you choose, there might be outreach limitations set by TikTok themselves. This is only available for established TikTok Shops with over $2,000 revenue from TikTok affiliates in the last 30 days.
These are the limits set by TikTok (updated 1st of March 2025):
This means that if your TikTok Shop is generating under $2,000 from TikTok affiliates in the last 30 days, you cannot send out any messages for collaboration anymore.
Not all messages count towards the limit. The limits are determined by your sales from creator collaborations over the last 30 days and these limits are updated weekly. The outreach limit will reset every Sunday at 11 AM (UTC-8), based on your 30-day GMV from creator collaborations.
Creators that you are in conversation with and replied to your messages and invitations are not included.

- You can reach a high amount of TikTok affiliates if you are established on TikTok Shop
- Set and forget, only reply to once affiliates are interested

Cons of using TikTok Outreach Bots
- Only for established Tiktok Shops (GMV higher than $2,000)
- Need to pay a monthly fee
- Low reply rate
- A TikTok affiliate receives on average hundreds collab invitations a day
HeyCollabs
HeyCollabs is not an outreach bot, but a platform with over 3000+ (phone-number) verified TikTok Affiliates. You can directly chat with TikTok affiliates through our chat function. Full ad rights and Spark code included. And you can have up to two revisions.
On a daily basis up to 50 TikTok Shop brand owners choose HeyCollabs over outreach bots. Due to the creator being email and phone verified, HeyCollabs has a much higher reply rate than outreach bots.
Pros of using HeyCollabs

- No paywall or monthly payment
- Only pay when a collaboration is accepted by the TikTok Affiliate
- Over 2000+ verified TikTok affiliates
